BoldLens™, the marketing analytics platform that tracks all brand communications activity, has announced the appointment of experienced advertising professional Alex Heighes as the platform’s first Commercial Director.
Market Analytics Team is Growing
Heighes brings 25 years’ experience in the industry, having held roles at Adstream, Omnicom, DDB, and Publicis. He will be responsible for client success and engagement, while ensuring product development constantly delivers against client need and maintains the platform’s position at the forefront of the industry.
Heighes is joined at BoldLens™ by Sean-Taylor Williams, an experienced sales professional with background across advertising, creative and events. Taylor-Williams will be responsible for taking BoldLens™ to new clients and demonstrating the impact the platform can make for enterprise brands.
Heighes and Williams will report to Head of Product, Dan Pillay, who joined the business last summer from CampaignHero. The platform counts brands including TGI Fridays, Silverstone and Charles Tyrwhitt as customers.
Dan Pillay, Head of Product at BoldLens™, said: “89% of communications professionals say having brand data in one place would allow them to grow their business better, yet achieving this remains a very significant challenge in so many cases. We built BoldLens™ to address this need, and now after three years of development we are scaling-up the impact and reach it has with clients. Alex and Sean-Taylor are a big part of delivering that, and I am delighted to welcome them to BoldLens™.”
Commenting on his appointment, Alex Heighes said: “BoldLens solves the challenges brands and agencies need to address when tracking the distribution and effectiveness of their generated and earned content. BoldLens is establishing itself as the indispensable tool for Marcomms teams, regardless of size, sector or location. The ambition to grow BoldLens™ into the defacto monitoring resource is hugely exciting and I am pleased to be part of a highly skilled and ambitious team.”
